The Choo Choo Barn in Strasburg, PA has been a family tradition since 1961. Many of you already know about the Choo Choo Barn. You have fond memories of trains traveling around the layout, all the hand-made buildings and displays, and the charming hand-made animations we are known for.
We are excited to announce a new program called “Reading for Rails,” designed to inspire and motivate your students. We understand the importance of fostering a love for reading at a young age and recognize the value of introducing children to hobbies and activities that expand their interests and build their skills.
Here’s how the “Reading for Rails” program works:
- Teachers set a reading goal for their students.
- Once the students achieve their reading goal, they earn a free child’s ticket to visit the Choo Choo Barn. A sample is enclosed. The tickets you hand out will not be punched.
This program not only encourages students to develop their reading skills but also rewards their efforts with a fun and educational experience at our beloved Choo Choo Barn.
We believe this program will engage your students in reading and provide them with a memorable incentive to learn. We look forward to partnering with you to make this school year a success for both you and your students.
